Pure Roots was started by Managing Partners Yohann Zinier and Andrew Masciangelo of Savona Restaurant. We help solve the many issues that come with ordering food for a large family or a large office. Yohann Zinier father of 2 and Andrew Masciangelo father of 5, have faced issues with finding takeout options that are not only healthy but also have enough variety to satisfy the whole family.

No, Pure Roots Provisions is a hybrid food hall. A hybrid food hall has multiple restaurants in one single location for takeout, delivery, and even dine-in. What makes us different than a ghost kitchen is we have all of our chefs and we own all 7 restaurants/subbrands. All of our chefs create fresh and handmade dishes to order to guarantee restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home. Our dine-in concept is coming in 2022, but for now, our customers can order takeout or delivery!
