No, Pure Roots Provisions is a hybrid food hall. A hybrid food hall has multiple restaurants in one single location for takeout, delivery, and even dine-in. What makes us different than a ghost kitchen is we have all of our chefs and we own all 7 restaurants/subbrands. All of our chefs create fresh and handmade dishes to order to guarantee restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home. Our dine-in concept is coming in 2022, but for now, our customers can order takeout or delivery!
